In addition to Serve the City, many Southland members serve the local community through Missional Communities: a group of people united around a common mission to serve the community as a response to how Jesus has served us. Below are a few missional communities that are already serving around the city. You can join one of these Missional Communities; but we'd encourage you even more so to follow God's call to serve by starting a new missional community utilizing your gifts, talents and passion so we can spread out and love more of the city for Jesus.
Ashgrove Trailer Park Ministry
Join us as we reach out to families living in the Ashgrove Trailer park in Nicholasville, KY. The goal is to meet basic needs and share the love and hope of Christ by building relationships with the residents.
