Feed who?
RSS feeds are a simple tool used to syndicate content on the web. In fact, RSS means Really Simple Syndication. Long story short - RSS allows you to check if your favorite sites have been updated by using a tool called an aggregator. This video explains it all if you'd like a nice introduction.
Podcasts are just a special kind of RSS feed that includes audio or video content, and can be subscribed to using iTunes.
