What famous person do people tell you that you look like?
Charlie Easterly tells me, "You look exactly like… ohhh I can't remember her name, but you look EXACTLY like her. So, whoever that is, is who I must look like.
One of your proudest moments?
The baptisms of my kids. My husband and father-in-law baptized my boys on my birthday and I was able to be in the water when my daughter was baptized.
What is your definition of a retreat?
To hide away in a mountain cabin with family and friends, and sit outside, play games, talk, laugh and eat.
What brought you to Southland?
New friends by way of a major life crisis.
What kept you here?
Initially…being able to come to church on Saturday night and wear jeans or shorts. I also loved to hear Mike preach and was intrigued by the tall, skinny guy who always memorized his sermon on Wednesday nights, aka: Jon Weece. Ultimately…God.
