- What was your first job?
- I started a lawn care business when I was in Junior High school.
- What is your greatest indulgence?
- Motorcycling.
- What is one book that has impacted you?
- Usually the current book that I am reading. Today that would be Wild at Heart.
- What is one thing people don't know about you?
- The one thing that I am not going to tell them, so they still will not know that one thing that they don't know about me or that I played drums in a rock band in Europe.
- What is something God has been teaching you lately you didn't know before?
- He is far more patient with me then I am with myself.
- One of your proudest moments?
- The day I stood before a group of people and said "hello, my name and I am a grateful believer in Christ who has struggled with chemical dependency, co-dependency and workaholism." The masks came off and a greater freedom was found.
- What is your definition of a retreat?
- A quiet place, preferably outdoors, with a good book and the fellowship of my Father.
- What is your most memorable experience?
- The time I spent in Haiti with my wife.
- What inspires you?
- Stories of those who have overcome insurmountable odds to be who they were made to be.
- If you could vacation anywhere...where would you go?
- A tropical beach resort found in the mountains. If you find a place let me know because that would be my favorite place to go.
- What is your biggest challenge?
- Aging.
- Who lives in your house?
- My lovely wife, myself, our dog Buddy and occasionally our son (Josh) the helicopter pilot.
