Care

From time to time we all need help. Sometimes we need a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, or a listening ear. At Southland, our Life Groups provide the relationships and support necessary to provide care for most of the needs of our people. The Care Ministry exists to serve the needs of those who are in "special care" situations, whether it is a person not in a Life Group or someone who has needs that go beyond the scope of what the Life Group can provide.

Celebrate Recovery

Thursday 6:30pm-8:30pm, Building C

Celebrate Recovery is a 12-step Christ-centered approach to recovery. The goal of this ministry will be to integrate worship, large group teaching, and special focus small breakout groups. The peer-led groups will be another avenue to lock arms with a community of individuals seeking healing and restoration.

If you'd like to learn more about Celebrate Recovery, visit MySouthland.

Counseling

Different counseling options are available depending on the specific needs of the individual.

Southland does not provide onsite counseling, however we do partner with several Christian Counselors in the community to provide counseling. If you are interested in a referral to one of the Christian counselors in our community, please complete the Counseling Questionnaire. Someone will respond to you with a phone call to continue the process.

Care Groups

Southland's Care Ministry offers several ways for you to get the support and encouragement you need when you're facing challenging times. Care Groups offer help for specific situations. For more information about joining a care group contact Ernie Perry.
