There are lots of different relationships in life that we choose. We pursue them. Then, there are just a couple that are given to us.

We don’t pick them; God just matches us up with them.

Parents. Brothers and Sisters. Children. We can’t choose who our parents, brothers, sisters, or who our children are. It makes me think that God has done that for a reason. It makes me think that He has intentionally placed us together in family. It’s not a coincidence; and it makes me think I would be wise to prioritize those relationships.
