Needs in Age Level Ministries
As preparations are made for the upcoming school year, several needs emerge. One of the most prevalent is the need for caring, committed adults that are willing to invest their time and energy into the lives of children and students. In a world where everything is temporary, just being consistently present can foster real life in the next generation.

Serving in age level ministries can look like a lot of different things. It can be leading a life group. It can be performing dramas on Sunday mornings. It can be running the tech in one of the programs. Some current leaders had these experiences to relay:
Impact. By just being there and talking with the kids you are impacting their lives, showing that they are important and that they are cared about. You may not even know the amount of impact you have on them, I didn’t until I had a parent come up and tell me, ‘thank you for being a positive influence on our daughter’. The sincerity in her eyes communicated so much to me.
Being a Life Group leader to me, means that I can be someone that a child and their parents can come to freely. I can help a family with questions and concerns about their own journey with Christ. But most importantly, I develop a relationship with the child and their family that demonstrates the intimacy found in the family of God's children.
